I require your assistance HCPCS code J7300 and S4989 are not the same HCPCS codes or an exact one to one relationship and or match correct??

Plus S HCPCS codes are temporary codes that are meant only for Private Payors..any words of wisdom on this subject??

In our office, we use the J code for all payers. Check with your private payer for clarification.
