Could use a little help and I have not coded for this type procedure before. I have a doctor who has done a THA and also Reinforsement of IT band utilizing mesh. Any thoughts?

Is there an unrelated reason for this? I was unable to find a code for it based on your brief description, but I'm willing to bet it would be included in the THA. If the provider documented a lot of extra time and work, you might consider adding a 22 modifier to 27130.
