Wiki Is this common? Lap Repair and Transoral Repair

Has anybody ever heard of a surgeon doing a Lap Hiatal Hernia Repair AND a Transoral Fundoplication? I am having trouble with coding these two together. I personally don't see the point in doing the transoral when you can do it Laparoscopically, which is already being done. But I'm not a surgeon so what do I know.
Any thoughts?
