Hello ! Please help me determine if 13133 is a cpt code that can be used in a surgery center facility. The doctor will be using cpt codes: 13132 and 13133. Thank you for your help !

For the facility reimbursement it will depend on the payer. If its off ASC payment methodology add-on codes are packaged, in that case payment will be on the 13132 line.
