For auditing purposes, patient presents with CAD. Do you consider this a location even though it is a disease that has numerous effects on entire body?

For auditing purposes, patient presents with CAD. Do you consider this a location even though it is a disease that has numerous effects on entire body?

I would consider it a location, since Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) involves the heart. Arteriosclerosis disease is what I considering involving the whole body.
