Wiki IP/Op Denials for OB related illness

Has anyone seen denials for hospital stays that are OB related that deny for global? (99223, 99222) NST/CST billed with it with a 25 modifier. Some insurances have been paying but then recouping or just denying in general. So far I've only seen Ambetter and UHC MS CAN denying these.
