Wiki intrinsic muscle repair of foot

Hello-
Can anyone help me with a CPT code for this? The notes state "The intrinsic muscle of the medial aspect of the foot was isolated both proximally and distally and 2 figure of eight 3-0 Vicryl sutures were used to repair this muscle.

Intrinsic muscle foot

First you need to know the name of the muscle repaired.
Reference the Muscle tendon table in the ICD-10 book to determine the type i.e. flexor, extensor.
Find your Cpt code in the repair section of Foot/toes section.
If I am not 100% sure, I also ask the physician to verify once I choose a code.
