Wiki Intrauterine pregnancy with Ectopic - Ultrasound CPT?

Which CPT(s) would you use for a twin pregnancy where one is an intrauterine pregancy and the other is ectopic? This is at 9 weeks. Would 76801 and 76815-59 be appropriate or would you only bill the 76801? The requirements are not all there for the 76802. Thank you!
