Wiki intraosseous fibroma injection

Has anyone ever heard of this? We are scheduling a kid to have a steroid injection under fluoro into a nonossifying fibroma of the distal tibia. I'm trying to come up with a CPT code. I am so stumped on this. Any help is appreciated!

Distal tibia might place it under ankle so try 20605 with 77002. Is the area at the ankle joint?

I would consider/equate a "Nonossifying Fibroma" (an intraosseus lesion) to an (Intraosseus) Bone Cyst, for which the Injection Treatment Code is 20615. Since this is probably to be done under anesthesia with Fluoroscopic guidance, then the 77002 would also apply.
