I have:

intraarticular trochlear osteotomy, femur
Fulkerson osteotomy, tibia 27418
lateral release bundles to 27418 and 27422
medial imbrication 27422

What do I do for the osteotomy? Having trouble selecting a code:

"About a 10 degree direction each side of the trochlea was planned, the marks were then made using electrocautery and the cut was then performed using an oscillating saw, completed using an osteotome on both sides. This removed a wedge of articular cartilage and a wafer of bone. Accompanying this, the trochlea was then divided down its middle with about a 5 degree incline placed on the lateral aspect of the cut. This was then removed also and used to collapse the trochlea after osteoclasis of the fragments. The lateral aspect was then supported using the bone wafers which had been removed after these had been reversed to elevate the lateral trochlea. Subsequently these were provisionally fixed using Arthrex removable slip guide wires and the patient then had drill tunnels created for the conical compressing screws. Two 30mm screws were selected and this was used to affix each flap of the trochlear osteotomy. A small area of fragmented articular cartilage and subchondral bone was then provisionally fixed along the lateral aspect of the trochlear groove. This was held in place while a Synthes 16mm 2.4mm headless compression screw was then used to secure it to allow a more congruent surface. Once this was complete, attention was then turned to the tibial tubercle....."

Thank you!
