Wiki Interventional Radiology charges RVU question

I am hoping someone can answer this burning question of mine. I know that when the radiologist does a global charge at a hospital location such as a Ultrasound Breast Biopsy I know that they get the global charge but how much is the charge calculated? Is is calculated with the non facility or facility percentage? I hope this question makes since. I have a horrible feeling that we may be charging too little for the charges. Please Help!!!

for reimbursement if place of service is facility its the facility fee schedule since most of the overhead burden falls on the facility. You aren't using your own equipment, supplies, nursing staff etc so for many codes you get paid less than had it been in an office.
