We have been getting denials for Interstim temporary lead placement (CPT 64561) done in the office by the PA from NGS Medicare (We're in Wisconsin)
The denial states a Physician Assistant can not bill for this service..I have searched for a policy stating this but have not come up with anything

Any help much appreciated
