I assume that you are referring to a language barrier....No, the fact that an interpreter was used for the purpose of communication between the provider and the patient is just documented in the medical records but no additional codes are billed.
 
I do not know of any scenario where interpreter services can be billed to insurance. Typically these services are bundled into the procedure visit.

Also, if your organization receives any federal funding to take care of your patients, then providing interpreter services are mandatory.
