Interpretation of outside Echocardiogram - is there a way to bill for this?

I am not aware of any CPT codes that permit billing for the professional interpretation of an echocardiogram that has already been interpreted and billed by another provider. Radiology has the luxury of CPT 76140. The personal interpretation or at least the review of the study would be beneficial in MDM. Has anyone been able to successfully code and bill for this? Thanks for your assistance!
