Wiki Intergy through Greenway Experience?

I used for about 15 years, but I haven't used since 2018, so I'm not sure how relevant my tips would be.
I had 2 real negative experiences, but both were essentially with the company rather than Intergy.
1) After using the system for years, we paid way too much for their consultant to travel to NY to do onsite training. We thought it would be helpful to have us customize items and teach us advanced tips and shortcuts. But I knew the system at least as well as she did, if not better. And she traveled with her family and tried to leave early each day to sight-see with them.
2) Somewhere around 2009 we tried to switch from their on-site server based product to their web based one. All the testing went well, and then at go live we had lags and disconnections making the system practically unusable. We found out afterward we were like client #3 on their web based product and went back to on-site servers. I'm certain they must have worked out the kinks by now.
I do think they have a very good product. Everything is fully integrated - scheduling, insurance verification, clinical notes, lab orders, billing, payments, etc. I found it rather easy to customize many revenue cycle items. Or create my own CPT codes if I wanted to be able to track something. Have the system flag if I coded a procedure with a non-payable diagnosis. Warn if the patient was in a global surgical period. Yes, I had to set that up myself, but once setup, saved hours upon hours upon hours of denials.
Payment posting for many carriers can be done electronically, but I preferred to look at them myself at the time.
I could easily control what access each of our staff had, and even change it throughout the day if I wanted to. Who was allowed to double book appointments. Who could see financials. Easy to create new users, or deactivate ones. When new staff was hired, I think they watched like a 1 hour training video, and then just shadowed someone for a little bit. In less than one day, each staff could know about 80-90% of what they needed for their role.
I also appreciated how many keyboard shortcuts they have. Like F2 to bring up the search screen for a new patient. Or control S to save whatever I just entered. Once you really know the system, you can fly through with keyboard shortcuts rather than keep going between keyboard and mouse.
Like many systems, they may try to sell you on specific upgrades that you may not really need. For example, I wanted the system to print a "copay sheet" - a listing of the scheduled patients for the day and the copay amounts. They told me I had to purchase some special module. I was able to figure out on my own how to run an existing report to get the info in csv and then just add to an excel sheet for printing.
I found it rather intuitive and user friendly.
They also (or did as of 2018) have a user forum where other users could post questions/answers.
