I purchased the three CPC exam packets from last year, 2014. They are now expired online, but I have saved them in my Word and trying to do them now. I am stuck on the following question. I am stuck between two answers: A and C. I would think both benign lesions and actinic keratoses should be coded, but the answer options allow for one or the other. Also, in my Exam Review book I remember reading that if destruction of lesions are done in multiple areas there should be more than one code. Confused
