APRN providing the below services in Integrative Pain Management for Pediatrics
In addition to usual new patient and follow up E/M services the APRN is seeing patients in one hour time blocks for the following:
1. One hour individualized yogo instruction for chronic pain (APRN is credentialed for this) - will usually be a series of at least 6 weekly visits.
2. One hour self-hypnosis training for chronic pain - usually a series of 3-6 visits over a few weeks.
3. One hour chronic pain educatin/lifestyle coaching, including instruction in meeting dietary goals, improving sleep hygiene, medication regimen, physical activity regimen, etc..
These visits will be separate from the E/M visits which includes medication review, physical exam, etc....
Any help with how to code for these services would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
