Not sure where I should post this question?
My doc has work comp patient he is treating. The work comp insurance company has sent us both photo and video surveillance which my doc addressed the receipt of and does not feel it is worth much but addressed his work status (light duty).
My question is; this information is required to be part of our medical record? correct?
I am second guessing myself, just because it seems weird to scan "undercover" photos of the patient into our EHR.
Any help would be appreciated.
