I am curious how many are dealing with Humana taking money back they should not be? We have them Taking money back on many erroneously. Charging patients copays for PCP when they do not have one. They are charging inconsistent amounts. One example of a take back is they state we had already seen the patient on that same date of service when we haven't. I called, appealed.... I have been billing and coding for over 30 years. I have never had such issues before. I rarely have appeals or denials to be honest. I contract with a PCP who has in office patients along with AL/Home visit patients. We bill CCM and 485 Certs as well. I am finding Humana a big problem lately. Also Medicare RailRoad not paying stating a patient does not have Part B when this patient clearly reflecting active Part B since 2/1/2024.
