Hi!

If there is a client who has an insurance that our facility is not contracted with and the client is requesting services with us, can they pay cash or are we still required to bill their insurance.?

If you are not contracted you are not obligated to bill their insurance. I would check your company's policy on this. You should ensure that the patient has signed a waiver for responsibility and you have advised that you are not contracted with their insurance. Hope this helps
