One of my doctors performed a 52332 on the right ureter and removed the stent from the left ureter. I thought 52332-RT and 52310-LT would have been sufficient but 52310 is a "separate procedure". Help!!!!! Any suggestions?

The suggestion you have made is how I would bill it. As always, payment will depend on the payer. The stent removal would absolutely be bundled with stent insertion if done on the same side. Done on the opposite side should net additional payment.
