I have refund request from major insurance carrier -- requesting money back -- stating due to Cares Act - Insurance should of paid providers self pay price as posted on provider website -- We do not post our self pay price on webportal - Our practice charges same price/ fee schedule for all insurance carries and self pay is same price - we offer a prompt payment discount if charges are paid in full at the time of service - This is for Covid testing done at the start of Covid claim from 2020 to 2021. What to do ?
