HI!
pt had a hemicolectomy in Ocotber. Pt came back to hospital in November for a 3 day inpt stay regarding bleeding from the Ileostomy and abdomial cramping. Not sure - but would this still be included in the global package? thanks for your help.

I would say you can bill for those days as those are not "normal" in post op healing. You may need to append modifier 24.
