Can someone help with the following?

Provider is consulted to see an inpatient for hypotension. Patient was found down at home and brought to ER then admitted by other than your providers specialty.

Provider does a consult, finds blood pressure at baseline. Hypotension is not mentioned throughout the consult although mentioned that she has fallen in the past.

Are you able to code hypotension b/c that is the reason for the consult. I'm planning on using history of falls V15.88.

Any other findings from your doctor's examination? Doesn't necessarily have to match what the admitting diagnosis was.

Hi. Sorry I've been out. No other significant signs/sx that are able to be coded. Only the hypotension and a note of past falls.
