Wiki inpatient vs physician billing

Hi. I have a question for anyone who has experience with inpatient coding.
My doctor did two procedures at the hospital. One was bundled with the other, so I only billed the one. But the inpatient coder is using the code I omitted from the claim as the primary procedure. Will that cause any problems with reimbursement?

Inpatient coders use ICD-9 CM vol 3 codes for their procedure and there are no bundling rules for them so there should be no issue at all.
