A patient with CKD III and HTN comes into ER with fluid overload. The patient is then admitted and receives dialysis for the fist time and the fluid overload is resolved within the fist day. On the discharge summary the final diagnosis is ESRD with HTN. We are trying to decide whether the fluid overload should be principle or the ESRD since the fluid overload is due to the ESRD. Thank you.
