Help!
Does anyone know if a physician can charge fracture care with a inpatient consult if the patient has already been diagnosed with a fracture and the physician is just making recommendations for follow up in his office. Also, not doing manipulations etc.
Cannot find any documentation on the web that is clear and precise.
