On Inpatient Neuro Exam:

Dr. states "Station/Gait: unable to stand up due to severe dizziness." Does he qualify for full credit.

**Gen app, Vitals, Fundus, CV, MS, CN, Tone, Strength, Reflexes, Coordination, Sensation are all examined.
