If a patient was given two IV injections at the same time (zofran given at 1048 and hydromorphone given at 1048), would that be 96374 or 96374 and 96375? Any additional links to the guideline on this specific question would be appreciated as well.

Since both meds were given IVP at the same time, the correct code is 96374. If the IVP were given at different times, the correct codes are 96374 & 96375.
