I have an office asking me if they can schedule multiple visits for injections without having the patient come back to the office for check ups in between. I don't think there is an issue with this, but figured I would try to get some insight. The clinic is an orthopedic clinic so I wasn't sure if they needed to be more 'pain management' in order to schedule injections without a visit prior each time.
They are also inquiring about doing injections into two different sites during one visit. I again do not see an issue with this, but would feel more comfortable getting some thoughts from other ortho billers.
