Wiki Injection Codes question

I would like some feedback or direction on the use of injection code: 96401

If a patient comes in for an injection for a biologic which requires reconstituion and then two injections what is the proper billing format. We have been using 96401 x 2 units. Does anyone have any additional suggestions? Thank you for any assistance.
