This is an overnight chart. Same visit. I understand the hierarchy, PB higher than Push. I am questioning the 5/10 RA - because it is a different site where a PB was not done - should it be a 96374 or 96375? Thank you.

Because there are 2 pushes of the acetaminophen, I think the 96374 is correct. This would indicate the first of multiple pushes of the same drug.
