Wiki Initial Medicare Physical

This question is in regard to the Initial Medicare Physical that patient's can have within their first year of enrollment...

Part of the exam is a "simple visual acuity screen." My physician is wondering if the exam can be performed using the Jaeger Vision test cards rather than the wall chart. Any idea if these are acceptable?
