The time documented for infusion was an hour and 50 minutes. In addition to 96365 for the first hour, can I bill 96366 for the 50 minutes? CPT manual states: Report 96366 for infusion intervals of greater than 30 minutes beyond 1 hour increments.

Yes, you sure can. 96365= Initial Infusion up to 1 hour (16+min) & 96366= Each additional hour (after 31 minutes)
