Wiki Infusion of Venofer and Cimzia injection and B-12 shot all same day

Hopefully someone else has experienced this in their office. The patient had Venofer infusion, Cimzia injection with Nurse observation, and B-12 injection.
How would you code for this including modifiers please. (I already know what Dx's to use for each)

More information is needed to help you with the codes. Start and stop times and types of administration of the drug infusions/injections. There are many types of injections in the CPT book.
