Wiki Infed Infusions Help

Does anyone have experience with billing Infed infusions? This is a new drug that has been started in our practice and we are having a difficult time getting pricing information and correct billing units, etc. I tried to go on NDClist.com and I could not get any pricing information to come up. If anyone has any resources or information, I would appreciate it very much.

I could also use some help with specific documentation guidelines for billing out cpt 95970-95972. Thank you.

The billing units are determined by the documentation of what was done/administered and the HCPCS. The units of J1750 are 50mg.
Many health plans have infusion calculator tools on their websites or in the provider portals.

Sometimes the manufacturer has info.
