Wiki Infected port Dx code... Need Help!

Pt is a 56 yr male undergoing procedure to remove and replace an infected port CPT 43888.

Dx was listed by dr as 996.60 to which Medicare states linkage does not match the LWRP/LCD database I cannot for the life of me determine the the correct Dx to get through the edits

Can anybody help?

What type of port is it, where is it located and what is it used for?
