Below is a pH study; data is documented as incomplete as patient pulled the probe after only 13 hours. Wondering if the 91038 needs a modifier for an incomplete procedure? Repeat study is advised.

Findings (NOTE this is a 13hour study)
Gastric Acid Control: NA
Esophageal Acid Exposure:
3.1% (normal <6.3%) ? note there is no recumbent time as patient pulled probe after 13hrs
Total Number Reflux Episodes:
25 reflux episodes in 13 hrs (normal for 24hr study <48)
Symptom Association:
6 events of ?fumes? were 17% associated
6 events of burning sensation were 17% associated
Impression
Study data is incomplete due to short duration of the exam ? patient pulled the probe after 13hrs.
Consider repeat study with longer recording to get best diagnostic yield - although 1st 13hr of recording is normal.
