Wiki inclusive?

Hi Fellows,

When a bilateral breast reduction is done and after excising the tissues a liposuction was also performed on bothh sides. Is the liposuction inclusive of the breast reduction? Can you also bill for the liposuction? One surgeon office is saying it's inclusive. Is this

It is not listed in the NCCI Edits as inclusive. It should be able to be billed separate.
