Wiki incision and c02 laser

Could someone help me with the best way to code an incisional bx of a posterior tongue lesion followed by a c02 laser excision of that same lesion?

Pretty sure bx if done at same session will be bundled with the excision code

Use of laser does not matter in this case.

41110 if surgical site not closed
41113 if surgical site was closed primarily (suture)
41114 if surgical site was closed with a local flap
