A patient was seen in the ER for shortness of breath. Along with other diagnostic tests, a chest x-ray was performed and the radiologist's impression was congestive heart failure. The radiologist also mentioned an incidental finding of a large lymph node. The ER physician's impression was acute CHF and he prescribed treatment for the CHF. What is the most appropriate action to take regarding the incidental finding of a large lymph node?

The large lymph node does not meet guidelines for reporting as an additional diagnosis so it should not be reported.
Report 793.2 as an additional diagnosis.
Report 785.6 as an additional diagnosis.
Report 794.9.
