Does anyone have a list of payers that allow for "incident-to" billing? I'm trying to compile a list of commercial and Medicare advantage plans that accept the billing practice.

My best advice on this is if you have standard contracts, to check the payor website and your contract. Not all providers have standard contracts, and may have negotiated for a payor to allow incident-to billing for their specific contract, when they generally do not accept it. So just because Aetna allows incident-to for my organization does not necessarily mean it allows it for yours.
