Can a Registered Nurse (Urology) perform an insertion of a non-dwelling bladder catheter (51701) or a procedure such as; (64566) Posterior tibial neurostimulation, percutaneous needle electrode, single treatment, under the supervision of a Family Practioner as an "incident to" service?
