When our nurse gives allergy injections we bill the charge under the Allergy Doc who orders the injections. However on occasion that Doc is not in the office, but another Doc is. Should we be billing under the Doc that is in the office at the time of service or the ordering Doc??

You bill under the physician that in on site supervising while the patient is there.
