Does someone know how to process the incident-to billing? Isn't it simply done by overlaying the physician names in the electronic screen? Our IT says it can be done, but we haven't as yet billed for incident-to until now.

I'm not quite sure what your question is - do you mean that if it is truly incident-to, how do you get it to bill as the physician? If so, that depends on your software. With ours, for example, we have to put the supervising physician as the billing provider so it goes in the correct place on the CMS 1500 claim form. At other offices, with other software, it was programmed in for certain insurance companies; if we put in the CNP or PA, it automatically pulled the supervising physician's information in.
