does anyone use a cheat sheet for auditing incident to they would be willing to share ?

In the HC Billing journal for Sept 1, 2023 there is an article related to your question. However here are other suggestions to create audit for "incident to" items to use on check off sheet .
1.Look at differ medical specialty of OP settings...differ clinics, EMR , hospital, or physician office or skilled nursing
2.If a group practice any doc can attest to supervising
3.Check state laws cause vary for NP and PA staff vs ancillary staff(nurses or QHP-means certified staff in expertise)
4. Documentation of signature of attending doc review & supervise but also treating provider must sign
5.Physician must establish care of illness then , NP or PA or QHP can continue care
6. If pt treated by specialist should have referring doc name on record or if a consult
7.Are AI modifiers used in relation to hospital inpt. care with initial provider?
8.Were the CPT and dx codes used properly in medical necessity and with linkage ?
9. Clinical telehealth or email is not a form of supervising other clinical staff
10.Are the follow up and chief complaints and SOAP formats documented properly?
