Has anyone had experience with billing for diagnostic arthroscopy in the office?? Do payers reimburse in the office or are you seeing denials because of the place of service??
Looking to bill 29860, 29805, 29870. Arthroscopy of the large joints.

Per CMS Arthroscopy Shoulder/Knee surgeries are N/A for non-facility.
