I have been offered an opportunity to help establish a free standing ER facility, which will be new to me. I bill/code for an ASC at present time, and I have some questions. First, I need to create a charge sheet and pricing guides. I will be billing for the facility as well as for the physician, so I need to find some great teaching tools. Can anyone please guide me in the right direction on where and can obtain this information?

Hi. Are you going to be using facility and/or physician templates, are you on EHR? Do you have a charge master set up? Are you doing the coding or the coding and billing?
