Hello,
I'm confused on how to bill out these new labs. The clinic is using a machine to spin out the urine, so i'm thinking it would be 81015 and all the additional chemistry codes would be included in this code. Although, the consultants that the clinic is using disagree and say to bill out 81007 plus all the additional chemistry codes.. Below are the listed codes. Thank you in advance!
