Hi, Checking to see if anyone else has had this instance where the Pt went in for electrode placement, and had future generator pocket was created at the same time for generator to be placed in 2 weeks. Interested in how you would code this since only part of the procedure is done in different sessions for physician and outpatient hospital coding. Was considering 64561/64590, then 64590, but keeping in mind only partial initially, would you do as true staged and only 64561, and 64590 2 weeks later?
